The Amazing Online Race

It's time to go... It's time to go.... It's time to go...

The First Clue was given and everybody was off. The first pit stop came and Team Money and Team Funkified arrived first. They departed first too and arrived at the second pit stop all alone. Just the 2 of them. While at the first pit stop, every other player was still there. The race has clearly not started yet at this time. Things were just strarting to get good. Team PACI Quit.

At 9: 48pm while in Pit Stop #2, Team Money and Team Funkified were talking about alliances:

Team Funkified (9:36:44 PM): Ok class...today's lesson is about how to form alliances
Team Money (9:36:49 PM): lol
Team Funkified (9:37:47 PM): but I'm not going to teach you how...so I'll win

Boy was he wrong!

When both Teams left leg 2 and continued to leg 3, Team Blue arrived. Seeing he was the only player in the chat room, he assumed he was in first place.

(9:48:09 PM) Team 2Blue has entered the room.

Boy was he wrong!

Team Funkified was pretty confident and took the fast forward in leg 2. He quickly advanced to leg 3. But then, leg 3 slowed him down and that's when others overtook him. Teams from leg 1 just left and some were now at the second pit stop. They waited for 10 minutes for their clue to be given to them again. But they were a little bit too late.
Team 2Blue, who was at leg 3 with team Funkified, took the fast forward in leg 4 after passing through leg 3. This enabled him to go straight to the pit stop, wait for 10 minutes, then start with the last leg, leg 5. This is what he did.

At this point, Team Money has quit the race. Team Funkified arrived at the leg 4 pit stop. At that very second he arrived at the pit stop, Team 2Blue crossed the finish line. What happened to all the other players? They quit.

Team Funkified, who arrived at the 4th pit stop, quit the race as soon as he arrived there. Team 2Blue was at the finish line waiting for the other players to arrive. Team Maniaco was about to start leg 4. He was in fact reading the first clue in leg 4 already. Team Quake was at leg 3. He was also about to start this leg. All the Fast Forwards were already taken. It was clear that Team Maniaco was about to win 2nd place and Team Quake was going to win 3rd place. The race was stopped from here. Team Maniaco got 2nd place while Team Quake, even though still at leg 3, got third place.

This only tells us that patience is the key to winning this race. And also, hard work too of course. As I said before, there are only 2 persons who play this race. One person enjoys the race to the fullest and one person does not enjoy it at all. In this season, everyone enjoyed it In believe. So that wraps it up for the whole 15 seasons of The Amazing Online Race. It sure was quite a pleasure hosting 15 seasons and seeing 15 people win it! Thanks everyone for supporting this game!
